Silicone Resins (siblings)
Silicone Resin for Electrical Insulating Varnish
Methyl-phenyl silicone resins are the standard binder for Class H (180 °C) and Class N (200 °C) electrical insulating varnishes used on motor stator windings and transformer coils. They deliver dielectric strength >14 kV/mm, a loss factor (tan δ) below 0.01 at 1 MHz, and continuous thermal endurance certified under IEC 60085.
